- Get a large bowl and fill it up with warm water
- Add 2-3 cups of fabric softener into the bowl
- Then place 2-3 clean microfiber cloths inside the bowl of water
- Make sure the cloths stay there for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes take out the cloths and wring them out.
- Now immediately place them in the dryer with your laundry
Citrus essential oil
This is the same as using lavender or any other essential oils when doing the laundry. Just add 3-4 drops of it inside the washer then wash your clothes or linens.

You can get these laundry scent boosters at your local supermarket or online but these are some little scented beads that make your laundry smell 10x better than before. To use them all you have to do is throw some in the washer when you are about to do your laundry.

This is really important. If your clothes or linens can handle hot water then you should use it. This is because the warm water will get rid of any bad odor that’s coming from inside the washer which will prevent your clothes from smelling bad.
