3 DAYS DIET PLAN FOR COMPLETE BODY DETOXIFICATION

Lunch:

  • Prepare a salad with your favorite vegetables, apple slices, avocado slices, vinegar, olive oil, and almond butter in a large bowl.
  • Select your favorite vegetables and fruits with hummus or a mixture of dried grapes, berries, and nuts for an afternoon snack.

Dinner:

  • For dinner, you can use cooked vegetables with brown rice. 
  • You can also have another option of a vegetable salad, quinoa, beans, and brown rice. 
  • A square of dark chocolate can also consume as a dessert.

Precautionary Measures:

  • You must have to drink at least 1.9 liters of water with lemon juice daily.
  • If you observe the urine color is yellow during this diet then drink more water.
  • It is also suggested that at least half-hour daily light walk is compulsory during this whole detoxification process. It would facilitate your body to increase the speed of toxins removal.
  • You can also select different relaxing activities such as Pilates and yoga.
